I spent over 30 years in the corporate world, most of those years in leadership. But being a mentor, coach, and advocate were truly my favourite roles.
But I didn’t do it alone, I credit my career success with having had a strong support system, people who were coaches, mentors, challengers and cheerleaders. Those that believed in me even when I didn’t necessarily believe in myself.
